Why my cloud PC was deleted by Sixa?

According to Sixa policy, your cloud PC can be deleted in the next cases:

  • If you do not use the cloud computer for 14 days, Sixa may remove it without saving Subscriber's data.
  • If your balance in the service is less than 0$. When you reach the value of the balance $-3.00 USD, Sixa will delete your cloud computers automatically.
